Dr Qureshi, Dr Waheed and staff nurses all are superb very helpful and cooperative team. I really like the service. Only thing to improve is appoint one female lady doctor please. Rest of its all superb.
My daughter was booked here for an eye test through the health visiting team. Our appointment was at 10:45am. I arrived on time and spent 30-40 minutes trying find the right room in the building. I had staff send me upstairs where there was no one to attend to us. The staff at each reception desk downstairs was not helpful at all. They said they had nothing to do with the orthoptics. There was not even a single sign in this rather large practice as to where the eye tests take place and where these patients should be seated and waiting. Highly disappointed with the system at this practice. It has been a total waste of my time and my daughter was unable to have an eye test today
Reception always lovely & polite. Nurses Lisa &, Deb are both fantastic & really put me at ease with my needle phobia when taking blood. Great surgery overall!
Had a scan there, lovely staff and super clean, large and open building but the signs could be better I walked back and forth to each section as one sign at a desk said to go one place then you get there and the sign at that desk said another! Ladies that did my scan from Crux were amazing.
Dr qureshi is absolutely lovely and attentive however the staff are rude and unorganised called up and was waiting in the queue for twenty mins only to be told that by 8:19 all the appointments had gone?! How on earth can you not save an appointment for a small child how can u even go through the entire diary in twenty mins or less without even leaving emergency spots absolutely shocking I’m done
