Had a scan there, lovely staff and super clean, large and open building but the signs could be better I walked back and forth to each section as one sign at a desk said to go one place then you get there and the sign at that desk said another! Ladies that did my scan from Crux were amazing.
Dr qureshi is absolutely lovely and attentive however the staff are rude and unorganised called up and was waiting in the queue for twenty mins only to be told that by 8:19 all the appointments had gone?! How on earth can you not save an appointment for a small child how can u even go through the entire diary in twenty mins or less without even leaving emergency spots absolutely shocking I’m done
Most worst Gp ever .. they tell you to call 9am for appointments and when you do the Fones busy for 45minsnWaste of time . I’ve gone back to old Gp Birmingham streets
has appointment with Dr Qureshi yesterday- he was polite and professional- advise given was excellent- he is a real asset to NHS. Nursing team polite and friendly. v impressed. prof SI
Been going to this surgery since I was little, great service, no complaints about the doctor at all they have always helped me. Receptionists are very polite and also do a good job
