Absolutely excellent service from Darlaston Builders Merchants!nI ordered some building materials and the delivery was handled by Driver Adam. He was polite, professional, and incredibly quick — had everything unloaded and neatly placed in no time. His friendly attitude and efficiency really stood out and made the whole process stress-free.nnWebsite clear and detailed when I placed the order, and the materials were exactly as described. Great local merchants who clearly take pride in their customer service. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. Highly recommended!
Have been getting all my material from Darlaston for my extension which is still on going thanks to Dan. He has helped me a lot on budget savings & advice. There are some people on the line who don't have much knowledge and don't really give any help when asking for advice, but I am really glad I have met Dan. Thanks so much, thus far! Speak soon.
Ordered with cakendar date online. Called as no delivery and told my delivery was different day of next week. Asked if they could not deliver next day I would need refund because of finding another supplier ,was told not a chance sent email of proof of delivery date on receipt of my payment and advised I wanted to speak with manager. Passed to accounts who advised if I was going to put a review then he would hold my refund back.nUsed Daralaston builders before but NEVER again with this poor service and threats and after reading other reviews this has happened to others.nI will stick with reputable companies in future...
Great new facilities. Good prices. Easy parking.nEasy ordering process.
I bought 12 fence panels from DBM and I have to say that the service was brilliant. I rang them and placed my order over the phone and told me they could deliver on the Saturday morning, 3 days later. The delivery driver rang me to say he was on the way and he arrived at 8am Sat! I was very happy and the fence panels look great. Thank you
