Prices online look reasonable until they add on the VAT. They should put the prices INCLUDING VAT.nnOrdered from here a few months ago. Agreed on a delivery date which was then changed on their side, I called and asked what was going on for them to say I had called to change the date which I had not. No apology and whoever answered was argumentative and said date couldn’t be changed back..nnCalled an hour later and they agreed to change delivery day back to the original delivery date but still no apology or explanation.nnDelivery arrived and they were on time with delivery, good job our neighbours were available and helped to unload as the delivery guy only unloaded the pallets but not the fence panels. Now left with several wooden crates we have no way of disposing of.
Very good customer service & prices. Im really amazed at the size of this mega depot. It looks very clean & presentable. The prices a good & you can get almost everything here.. Well done darlaston builders & the management team.
Driver didn't call to give me say on way which I requested and dropped off the stuff on public council land. Said crane can't make it to desired driveway. Some how walsall builders managed to deliver to desired space.
I spend too much money at this place. Always reasonably priced and most of the time cheaper than other merchants.
Impressed with service and prices. Will back there again
