We have had superlative service from DAR Malvern in the last two days. Our washing machine broke down and they were able to replace it within a day, also giving informed and objective advice on which replacement model to buy. Delivery of new/ disposal of old machines was up and down a long flight of stairs, but the guys were good natured about it and got the job done with no fuss. Aftercare promises to be good too, although am hoping not to have to call on them for a good few years. We are so impressed - you don't get service like this even from the better department stores!

As always, a very efficient service from this family-run firm. A prompt repair done on my siemens washing machine at a good reasonable cost. Workmanship was professional and courteous.

DAR have provided me with wonderful service. About five weeks ago,they mended my oven very quickly and then when my dishwasher packed up (last week)they found me another very good model, at an excellent rate, and installed it the next day. Their engineers are courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and tidy up carefully. A great firm with great service.
