Blocked drain in my new home. Called the developer who arranged for Metro Rod to come out. Chris Croft was the engineer. Arrived quickly, was polite, courteous and cleared the issue within 15 mins. Great service all round
A message at 9am resulted in a guy on the drive by lunchtime. All prices advised before hand with a message when he was on his way. When Tom arrived he was absolutely brilliant. Solved the problem super quick and gave us some great advice. He was friendly, considerate and a huge help. Will definitely be back in touch, although I hope we don't have to!!
Tom Emberton attended on 28 April to fix a blocked rainwater drain of ours. Not only did he get here incredibly quickly following the logged call but he fixed the problem very efficiently with pressured flushing. He also 'went the extra mile' and suggested a water butt to reduce pressure on the soakaway in future as the drain in question is served by a large roof area. He was very enthusiastic about his work and I would have no hesitation in recommending Metro Rod Mid Wales: a brilliant service!

The engineer Chris Croft is a very kind, friendly and helpful. After reporting the blockage matter, he called me and arrived my house within two hours. He is very professional and gave me very good advice. Just in one hour, my problem could be solved.
Superb skills and service from Tom Emberton yesterday here is Welshampton, Shropshire. Major multiple blockages between 3 properties and problems all dealt with by Tom with impressive skills and excellent communication skills, explaining things and keeping us fully informed. He found a number of potentially structural problems and told us he would be making a report, which will hopefully motivate the housing association to address these recurrent, unpleasant and unhelpful problems! Great job, Tom! Thank you for all your excellent efforts!
Chris Croft attended at our property to do the gutters and I have to say he went above and beyond. With removing an empty bird's nest that had appeared on one of the roofs to getting rid of the sycamore leaves that were literally growing in every gutter drain at the property. The gutters and drains are once more free from dirt and detritus accumulated over the winter. Excellent job - thank you
We had a pre-purchase survey completed by Chris Croft, which was done very efficiently. It would have been good to have been able to speak with Chris directly to gain a better understanding of the survey results and the subsequent quotation, which took a long time, with too many phone calls and emails before we finally agreed a quote. Nevertheless, when Chris arrived on site, ably supported by Chris Catt and later Gary Bennett, the service was top-notch. Well done to the team.
Extremely pleased with the service. Came within a couple of days. Driver was friendly and efficient and left no mess. Communication was excellent throughout and the price was very competitive. Will use Metro Rod in the future and will recommend to all my friends and acquaintances. First class!
