Fantastic new shop in Stonehouse! Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for service, even when it’s snowing. Quality audio and tv products, they also have a cinema room and an audio room which is definitely worth checking out!

OMG I cant believe 1 how rude they are on the phone and 2 booked an appointment 2 weeks ago - agreed to pay a £35 call out / travel charge for them to come to Cirencester from Dursley . On the agreed morning it came to 11 and no-one had come so I called and they said its too far to come and they wont be attending - but had not left a message to inform me of this and had the night before tried to call (no message left) we were actually away but in any case after waiting the 2 weeks for the slot a total no show without being told has wasted a whole morning waiting in for them. They said things like the lady who answers the calls isn't an engineer and she doesn't know about bookings - why is she answering the phones then ?? And you should really choose someone closer to your home for this repair .. All rudely put and without apology. Shocking I would think twice before using this company as they will just mess you around , now I have to start all over again really annoyed about this.

Excellent sales, delivery and installation from a long-established local family business that price-matched my new Panasonic TV with all the nationals. Long may they be successful!

The Gloucestershire based Panasonic specialists have two showrooms available to test and try the very latest models which I believe everyone should experience just to see and hear what your prospective purchase as well as an onsite demo of the functions. Prices are very competitive and the product is delivered and installed as well as connected to other devices. After chatting with Angus (The owner) I was certainly convinced of the Panasonics worth over Sony and Samsung.,
