We have problems with two new appliances they fitted in the house we've bought. The manufacturer asked us to get the installation checked first. I rang Daniel Knight who was more concerned to stress that there would be a call out charge in the likely event of there being nothing wrong on his side. Nevertheless he agreed to send someone out and made an appointment for a few days later. The day came but no electrician showed up, nor did Daniel Knight ring to say why or to make another appointment. Since then he has not answered my calls or replied to the messages I've left him. Reliable and trustworthy? Definitely not!
Dan and his team have for several years now, kept our Showroom and Service Centre Workshops, in first class working order through regular maintenance and from time to time emergency call outs. Dan and his team are extremely professional, reliable, efficient and cost effective. We recommend without hesitation..........
