After paying £150 for an "application" myself and friend got rejected based on our working contracts. Looking for a 2 bedroom property, the agents then called up and told us we could reapply for a 1 bedroom so clearly not listening to what we are after. They told my friend 1 thing on the phone and me something different. This letting agent are rude, unhelpful, robbing and have no desire to help people into a new property

My partner and I rented a property through these scoundrels a few years ago. There is not enough space here to relate the full story or list all of the problems and aggravation that we encountered. But in short we found them to be rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. I would never consider leasing or purchasing anything from them again. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of dealing with this rogue company to stay well clear.
