Got a letter from them requesting £100 penalty for parking on a public pathway on the right side just next to the building not in front but to the right. SURE! SEE YOU AT THE COURT : Proper scammers these people.
This place is good.. But other staff are a bit rude, main reason is about your culture.nnThe cockroaches are long gone! But sometimes I do see them..
I have never lived in this building myself, but I know from previous tenants who have lived here that it's not good.nApparently the building is infested with red ants that are living in the flats.nThis is an environmental health issue that the landlord is aware of , but seems uninterested in the situation, and seems to think it's acceptable for tenants to live in these conditions.nWould they want to live like this with ants crawling all over the place, and getting into the bedroom where the tenant is sleeping, absolulutely appalling living conditions.
WARNING - if youre a contractor, dont do work for this company, as they will try not to pay you.nI carried out a big asbestos survey for them, and have chased and chased for payment, and they just dont reply.nI have managed to get part payment back by starting up a Small Claims Court money claim, so if you are also experiencing difficulty getting paid, get onto Money Claim Online government site. All the bestm but just dont do work for them in the first place.
It's a horrible place to live I live there for some years but it was awful because they WiFi connections is always out sometimes no hot water and it takes forever to get some fixed eg toilet and there just cruel
