Really bad customer service. Iv been kicked out of the dentist which I would except but they cancelled my appointment and then I got the rearranged dates mixed up. I then had to rearrange my next appointment because of a major shoulder operation I had to have and again got those dates mixed up Iv had so much stress the last couple of months and no consideration for any of it. This is meant to be how the NHS treats their patients. I know I missed two appointment but iv had so much on my mind. Dentist that are just in for the money and not actually helping people

For a start I hate dentists but I've now been coming to this practice for 14 years I'm always nervous but I'm soon put at ease by the professional and relaxing atmosphere.
