I needed to send a Hermes parcel, got there at 9.45pm, and although the sign still said open, the doors were locked. Shopkeeper refused to let me in, even though I was stood in the rain holding a large parcel. If you're going to advertise that you are open until 10pm, please stay open until 10pm, or tell Hermes that you cannot be relied upon to take packages late the evening, as advertised. Poor service.
