Polite, professional and friendly staff, very clean environment. Sonia was amazing, described everything in detail, the only dentist to touch my teeth without an injection, Dental nurse Dawn was also reassuring. Sonia and Dawn work well as a team. Sharon was on reception and although very busy was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend to any nervous patient looking for a dental practice.
Greeted by Sharon and Devon who are professional, welcoming and friendly. Sharon and Devon always go above and beyond to find suitable appointments and are always helpful when needing a more urgent appointment. My Dentist is Sonia and she is always caring, professional and talks you through the whole procedure to put you more at ease. Dental Nurse Dawn is also professional, polite and makes you feel more at ease. My son also has Sonia as his dentist and feels at ease and enjoys going to the dentist.
This is the best dentist I've been to in Hampshire. The staff are amazing, always make you feel welcome, friendly team that go above and beyond for their patients. Clean and tidy throughout. Make you feel great before any work and reassure you to make you feel relaxed. I would rate more stars if I could. Many thanks to the team.
I’m an NHS patient at this practice and have always received good quality service from the dentist. On my most recent occasion I opted for some private work to be done and was equally as impressed with the service. I’m a bit of an awkward patient insofar as to say I tend to drift in concentration and end up closing my mouth and moving my head without realising. The lovely dentist who’s name I’ve forgot probably had to prompt me 20 times during the work to open wider and lower my chin but she was very patient with me and done a great job. All the other staff including reception were always very polite. No one likes going to the dentist but they make it as comfortable as possible. I was also happy with their prices which I feel were justified for the profession. Many thanks.

I have always been terrified of dentists and was really worried about going in today. Sonia and the nurse were so nice and so caring, she’s actually going to save my tooth which I thought was beyond repair and I couldn’t be happier. She even showed me all the X-rays and explained everything to me. Thank you for your understanding and great advice.
Very polite, calming people! Very tolerant of my poor mouth motor skills and my extreme nerves. usually always on time, but if not it’s never more than 20 minutes late, understandably they are quite busy Highly recommend! Many thanks again
After paying for a treatment, having it cancelled and not being contacted since. I have been deregistered as a patient without notice or warning. I only found this out now I need emergency dental care, which they won’t provide. They will speak to management about seeking a refund for a treatment they failed to provide. They didn’t care that they never contacted me during any of this time or that I never had the treatment rescheduled. As a neurodivergent individual this changing of ‘rules’ and lack of care for their patients has me disheartened and frustrated in trying to seek medical care while in severe pain with a broken tooth. Receptionist was polite but flippant. The practice looks nice and is clean.
Outstanding help and support from all of the damira Lee on solent dental team! I felt like they genuinely cared and wanted to help me with my dental work as a matter of urgency! So well done! Mark hanson.
Have never had a problem here. Receptionists and dentist staff are professional and friendly. Mariana is lovely and great with the children. Can't fault anything x
