I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. I visited this dental office expecting professional care, but unfortunately, the service fell far below my expectations.nnFrom the start, the staff seemed disorganized and indifferent. I was kept waiting well past my appointment time with no explanation or apology. When I finally saw the dentist, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. My concerns were barely acknowledged, and I left with more questions than answers.nnOn top of that, the front desk staff was unhelpful when I inquired about billing and insurance. The overall atmosphere made me feel like just another number rather than a valued patient.nnI’m very disappointed and will be looking for a different provider who prioritizes both professionalism and patient care.

Whilst on holiday in the Isle of Wight, I had to seek out an emergency private dentist, as I had lost part of a tooth. The dentist I saw at damira was Parsha, and he was wonderful, taking the time to explain everything to me and what was required moving forward. He sorted my tooth very well and made me feel very at ease. Best dentist I have ever seen.

Great customer service, very friendly and efficient reception. Parisha is a top, kind, friendly and professional dentist. I have enjoyed seeing her to meet the demands of my plan. One more appointment to complete this plan then I can smile with confidence again and just visit for my regular check ups. 5 * practice

I have taken my disabled son here since Nov 24 via the NHS emergency system. They cancelled his appointment in Dec by mistake and in compensation actually registered him as an NHS patient. So we thought great! anyway we have had about 11 appointments since then. ALL have been cancelled at the last minute. We have gone to the emergency clinic at 8am or 2pm and my son has just been left sat there in pain. The receptionists are very empathetic on the telephone but they never ring you back with what they have told you they will do. Vicky & Sam are two to mention. When you say you are not happy to the dentist they make excuses, make promises, but it all comes to nothing. Abismal service.

I saw Karen Innes the hygienist, absolutely fantastic, teeth cleaned lovely, she was very gentle and did an amazing job. Really friendly.  Highly recommend her.  Reception staff also lovely and helpful.  Good service
