Attended my Annual Review today and wish to thank Denise Horne for her ability to relax folk prior to BP and Blood tests. This is my 3rd year seeing her and I no longer feel anxious.nGreat service and great staff.nPlease pass on my thanks
I don’t understand all the negativity. The staff both receptionists, doctors and nurses have been polite, friendly and helpful. They hold jobs that are essential and I wouldn’t want to do without them.

Awful medical practice.nI got sent home from hospital last night and was told to see my GP.nCan't get past the receptionist.nCan never get an appointment sit on hold of upto an hour to get told no appointments or even better get hung up onnTried to book an appointment face to face cause I've got chest pains and dizzy spells and finding it hard to breathe.nand I got told there's no appointments for 2 weeks and to call at 8am not 5 past cause I won't get an appointment after 5 past.nIt's a joke to get any type of appointment.
Lack of correspondence or any kind of follow up care. Good luck seeing the doctor you seen last time or just to get their receptionists not even leave a message, I don't want to take up a whole appointment just to pass information on. The receptionist if you want to call them are rude and don't want you to access the service it's always call back at 8am. People have jobs to go to and can't be held on a cue as number 1 for 15 20 minutes to attitude from the receptionist when and if you get through! they gaslight you as to to where prescriptions have been sent so your on a goose chase pharmacy and back, or they miraculously lose them after being put in weeks ago. There is no easy digital ways to contact a doctor or nurse through like e consult that other practices implemented YEARS ago, they're online system is abysmal, difficult to use and not fit for purpose. It is difficult to resolve health problems if the only way to contact is through phone which is not easy for those with sensory needs etc. Switching doctors practices immediately.
