Used this pharmacy for a number of years They used to be very good but have rapidly gone down hill over the last year or so. Some of the more recent staff can be miserable, rude and condescending.
A genuine question if any can answer, why does it take 5 days from boots receiving a prescription to them making it available for collection. Thanks
Very friendly professional staff, felt very safe here today, COVID measures in place to which is nice to see. I went for my flu jab today an the pharmacist was fantastic and understanding which for a person like me with autism is a big help an it also boosted my confidence to, very professional an perfect in every way. I can't fault the place. I would certainly recommend this branch to all. Very disabled friendly to, thanks so much.
Went here for my flu jab. I'm a bit of a nightmare as I'm scared of needles and the lady that administered it was fantastic. She was friendly and put my mind at ease I didn't even feel her doing the injection. Would recommend to anyone nervous with needles as the staff put you at ease and are lovely.

Went to the pharmacist in Asda on Saturday to ask a question, isn't that the message these days, ask a pharmacist instead of going to the Doctor, anyway they couldn't understand what I was asking so I thought why not try Boots. I have never been disappointed by a Boots store and this one is no exception. The pharmacist was so patient and lovely and very helpful! I will definitely be going here in future. Thank you.
Another bad experience in this store. Prescriptions are rarely ready when you go to pick them up. Staff are not helpful at all. I stopped visiting years ago because of this. only circumstances beyond my control made it necessary to return. Avoid if possible.
Very helpful staff. Friendly too.
