Best vets in town, wouldn't take my cats anywhere else. I made emergency app for same day for my cat.. she hasn't been drinking or eating for 3 days. Straight away vet put her on a drip, temp 40ish.nVets acted fast as she had nasty infection. She was treated with care & compassion...nnThank you
Just started with Daleside and am very happy with service for my Toy Poodle Daisy
Brought my daughter in laws Pug here for diabetes follow up treatment. The initial treatment was a success and it I'm sure saved Baileys life. Now he's back to his old self. Many thanks to the Vets expertise and all the friendly staff
Just got back from an appointment with Daleside. 06/08/24 @ 17.00 I must say the last time we were there they were great.nnFast forward a year and it's a completely different place. The receptionist was less than helpful. I took my two ladies for their boosters Luna and peggy And we were made to wait over an hour. I might be the only dog owner with nervous dogs but for my dogs an hour at the vets is not a nice experience. I am extremely disappointed that the only time we were spoken to nicely was when I needed to pay the bill of nearly £100 for two boosters. I could go into a lot more detail but what's the point. I will be looking for a new vet for their next boosters.
