Easy appointment system and self check in service. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait to see the Doctor or nurse but overall happy!
The nicest and most helpful doctors. They have been brilliant with myself and my son over the years and the receptionists cannot do enough for you!
Always feel like you're negotating with the receptionists when you eventually get through. Rang 58 times to be put in a queue. 1 hour later, still on hold. Doctors are great when you eventually see them but this practice needs to change its attitude and process for booking appointments.
My wife has been on the phone now for over 30 minutes. She has gone through the numbers queue From 6 and now has the message:nn‘your call will be answered by the next available operator’.nnShe has been number one in this queue for over 25 minutes. If we drive and knock on the door we will be advised to call. This is ridiculous!
Always received good service and medical advice.nnNever failed to get a same day emergency appointment if and when required.nnYou just need to call at either 8am or 1pm to make an emergency appointment.
