We found the staff today extremely friendly and helpful even though there was an equipment failure the member of staff remained friendly apologized for delay an didn't show publicly any annoyance to us the customer she continued as if her day was perfect without anything going wrong....The staff are always friendly an go above and beyond for the customer......

Staff are more than helpful. And picked up some nice bargains in their January sale.  Coffee shop is first class as well

Above and beyond customer service. Thank you to Francis in the garden section who rang in on his day off to make sure we got our garden fencing.  Great value and fantasic customer service.

Everything what you're looking for your home ,DIY but also for your garden... everything in reasonable prices.

Well stocked for DIY and gardening supplies. It can sometimes be difficult to find a staff member to ask for assistance, but when you find one they are always very helpful. I use this shop regularly and we'll continue to do so.

Great shop,  I was able to shop  garden supplies and house hold items,  the staff were great

The cafe is great if you want to meet someone and want to avoid the crowds of the nearby crescent shopping center, loads of parking.

There  was a man at back checkouts never smiles the girls are lovely think he was over the flower back before and no manners

Great for home DIY and farming needs alike.
