Firstly, I've been through a few doctors over the years and I'll never change from this one! Doctor Aliya is amazing she takes the time to actually talk to you and listen to you..She makes you feel really welcome in her surgery and puts you at ease with no matter what your problem is. I feel as though I could talk to her about anything as she's very compassionate not like a lot of doctors I've had in the past. The girls on the reception are also amazing! Their always very chatty and always have a positive attitude and a smile and I always leave the doctors in a better mood than when I went in because of this alone.
I want to share with you my impressions of this clinic. I came to Dublin from Ukraine after the war with my son. I went and looked for a family doctor, but they refused me. Here I was received, treated very well, attentively. My health deteriorated from stress and depression. Dr. Aliya surrounded me with attention and care, prescribed all possible examinations, prescribed the necessary medications. Despite the fact that I do not speak English, she was very patient with me through an interpreter. Thanks a lot! I'm very happy to have found such a wonderful doctor and person. I would like to mention the front desk staff. Great people and great professionals. I especially want to mention the chief registrar Paula. She did everything she could to help us. Thank you very much! I recommend this clinic to everyone.
They hang off the phone to me
Dreadful experience. Only met the doctor once and completely changed all my meds behind my back no conciltation at all. Very argumentative and charges for everything. Even with a medical card. Wouldn't recommend a dog being brought here. Waiting 20 minutes only to be asked to leave by the practice bodyguard? A 5 inch woman? It's my health and it's not a threat like the doctor said. I AM bringing you to court I'm worried about my health and my children's health! And all she was worried about was me ringing a solictor. This place needs to be shut down. Very dubious and the g.p made myself and my son wait for 35 mins only to be told I'd to leave because the g.p doesn't like when paitence question these course.of action. Will not rest until this is resolved. Messes with your prescription behind your back and doesn't send Over the one your other doc sent her that morning. It's vile. Also she's been on 2 holidays in 4 weeks. Leaving me in hospital due to her being neglectful.
I had tried calling Dr. Aliya last week with a throat infection but I was told by her secretary Paula, that she was fully booked and no one could give me a prescription! So, I called again this week as I was still in pain, and Paula then said that I could get a phone consultation, I then paid €50 for it. Hours later Paula rang me to say that Dr. Aliya had sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I thought that was odd but I then rang my pharmacy 9 times thoughout the day to find that they had never sent it. I also called other pharmacies in the area to see if they had it, as they had done the same thing to my father. When I called Dr. Aliya back to see where she sent it, I got a message that they were closed for the day at 1pm and would not be opened until Monday, four days later!! So, they took my money and didn't help me at all even though I told them how much pain I am in! Worst practice in Dublin!!
The rudest receptionist I have ever spoken to. Don't waste your time if you are looking for a new practice
I wdnt with family member and the doctor ran and got her recepcionist to say she went out see this place is a kip they deserve to be closed down
Dr Alyia is the best so calm and understanding.
Lovely newly renovated practice, very helpful staff
