Helen and Dessie are fantastic, caring and compassionate. They have treated our family with the utmost respect throughout a terribly sad and difficult time. We have recommended their services to many people as they have now become friends through their kindness.
Helen and Desmond provide a top class service at a time when families need support and advice. Every final detail is taken care off to the families wishes and nothing is too much trouble. Really appreciate how they took care of four family funerals over the last seven years.
This Funeral home was used recently to bury my grandmother. Funeral arrangements was made by another family member but not immediate family ie my mother who was my grandmother's only daughter. We were only aware of what had been put on the announcements when it was live online.. As soon as possible i contacted Helen to say we were not happy and a certain name was to be removed. I did state that yes i agree it was the other family member who told her what was to be written but as far as I'm concerned my mother is immediate family as is us 3 grandchildren and i stated this has caused great upset and we would like it removed. Helen said she could not remove the name and infact commented on the my second phone call to herself that some things are just best left as they are. Now at this point i would like to point out it is not your place to comment..and secondly it is your job only to keep stress to a minimum for family at a time of death. We as immediate family are not happy with your poor attitude on a very sensitive issue. Would have gave no stars only the review won't let me. Will not be recommending yourselves to anyone.
Helen and Desmond are extremely compassionate and respectful. They are both a huge credit to their business.
I was greatly impressed with your services on Saturday past. Lovely facilities, good atmosphere, & professionalism of staff.
Outstanding service with such compassion and empathy, means so much at such difficult times
