Great variety of suites of all budgets in this very nice showroom, if it's not on display here they have brochures avaliable to take away and offer a good quoting/design package which is competative. Very friendly staff with good, vast knowledge. They make a good cup of tea too!

Absolutely fantastic! We ordered a couple of bathrooms from them during some major house renovations, the team were super helpful and responsive the whole way through. We had a small issue with one of the taps over a year after installing it and Steve and the team were only too happy to help. Superb after sales service. Hopefully we're done with renovations for a while, but wouldn't hesitate to come back to D W Burns and we continually recommend them to friends.

I have a project management / building company. I have used DW Burns to supply all the bathroom sanitary water etc for all our projects , as well as overseeing the same for friends and family members. I have always found their staff to be extremely well informed on products and advice, with great service, and competitive prices. I have even had clients that have wanted to source items themselves, only to come back to me and accept that what I had originally quoted them from Burns was something they couldn’t better. Can’t see a reason to go anywhere else.
Spent a significant amount with them on a full bathroom suite. During the reconstruction of the bathroom, we discovered we had to move a wall slightly, which meant that the basin and vanity unit we purchased would not fit correctly. We thought it would be an easy task to return the unit still in its boxes in exchange for a diffferent sized unit, with extra cash from us if needed. We were told that as our unit was a "special order" it could not be returned. When we checked our invoice, we discovered that everything we ordered was a "special order", even though it was all in the manufacturers current online catalogues and in stock. We approached the manufacturer directly, who told us they would take items back and exchange them if needed. However, as we bought the items from Burns, then we could only return them via Burns. We now have to resort to selling the items via e-bay and taking a loss. Would not buy from Burns again.
Good Range of Bathroom and Kitchen fittings. Helpful staff in design and the knowledge of fittings.
Awful after sales service. Delays in delivery. One item was delivered incorrectly 3 times! Not good when you are in the middle of a house build. All items and design was done in plenty of time. Very unhelpful staff and the compensation given was very poor.
Customer Services are appalling, there is no telephone number to discuss an issue, everything is communicated by email. My cracked shower tray issue has been on going for months and now have a leak through my ceiling. I would not recommend this company due to extremely poor aftersales service.
