We phoned ahead for four "breakfast packs" On arrival our order was ready. I asked for a chicken suitable for Sunday lunch for five hungry people which was fetched from the back room quickly and added to our order with no fuss. The meat was excellent and good value. Service with a smile; love it. Thank you.

We have lived in Colwall for 28 years and are delighted that Wallers have taken over the butcher's shop here. The meat is excellent and such good value. Best of all is the service from Rick and Richard. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Meat is trimmed and prepared well, whether buying a few sausages or a joint. This morning I only wanted four sausages for a pasta. Rick offered to skin them for me, and I was still charged only £1.70!! There is always a smile, advice if needed and a warm welcome. Thank you.

The meat here is excellent. The wit and repartee is wicked. Wang King. Head Chef, The Wang King Restaurant. Malvern.
