Very strange guy have him make and model numbers which he asked for and then never got back to me rang him and left messages still nothing finally rang him he answered and hung up on me not sure what the problem was but definitely would not use him

Rang Simon about a fault on  our Samsung TV, he pointed out this was a manufacturer's  fault, completed a full report and suggested we claim under the Sale of Goods Act, with the Retailer. Very helpful, polite and professional, Great to know there are still people out there giving Fantastic Service. Many Thanks. Highly Recommend.

I was looking for someone to repair my (admittedly ancient) CRT TV. It seems there aren't many people left who still repair them. I chose Simon as his website appeared professional and he was quick to respond to my queries. He arrived promptly and had my TV fixed in no time. He also tweaked the picture so it now looks better than ever, and the work is guaranteed for 12 months. Highly recommend!
