I have just tried to book an appointment to have my daughter's hair trimmed, I explained that she just needed a trim. I can not believe how rude and dismissive the person I spoke to was. Was very reluctant to offer an appointment. He has not only lost my daughter's business but by potential business too, will not be recommended this salon.

Made appointment for a blow dry and when i called to inform them that i could get their earlier they informed me that they couldnt do it and it wasnt in their diary booked. In my opinion thats not my fault if the person taken the call isn't competent enough to write it down. Very poor customer service and managment is questionable.

I would like to say that I have always been pleased with my service by Jay at D Salon he has cut and done blonde touches in my hair and I would recommend him without hesitation.

I have felt compelled to write this review on behalf of my mother who recently had the misfortune of having an appointment with DSalon. While there she experienced absolutely diabolical customer service. If rudeness and egotism is the salon's aim then it is highly successful. The only reason this salon is getting one star is because there is not a zero star option.
