Bought an Audi Convertible for my wife over the Christmas period. It had a couple of known issues - the drivers window didn't work & neither did the roof - but was told to take the car now, and bring it back in the new year when they could get the parts, plus we were promised a full valet. None of this happened. Became very aggressive, and difficult to deal with after the sale. None of the initial issues have been resolved.

We then took the car to another garage, for an engineers report. All four brake discs are in a dangerous condition. One rear caliper is seized. All pads need replacing. Front suspension bushes are completely perished and cracked. And the exhaust is blowing. Plus numerous non-safety issues.

The second garage was absolutely amazed that the car came with a new MOT, stating there's no way it should have passed.

We are currently having the required repairs done, and going through the small claims court for reimbursement.

There is a lot of reviews of this dealer online, all saying basically the same thing.
Plus be aware that they do change their name regularly, but it's still the exact same dealer.

Don't really want to give it 1 star. Car overheated on the way home. Engine management light also came on and went into limp mode.
Give these cowboys a wide berth
