OMG. I have bought every appliance and laptop for my home here and I will never shop there again. I bought a Philips TV there on 18/2/18. ( I bought a Samsung tablet in January 2018. Yesterday my TV would not turn on. Eventually it did and it had what looked like a huge crack on the inside of screen. I went back to shop who claimed TV had been damaged by us. I explained nothing had happened from our end to damage this TV and no damage visible on TV unless its turned on. They said we damaged TV and nothing they could do about it. Such customer service neither myself or any of my family will ever buy from DID again, Disgraceful behaviour and then telling us we lied!!!!!!!

Shop is big with a good  selection of items staff are very friendly and helpful
