Four years ago we moved into a house whose roof was done by this company in July 2013, making the roof nine years old and it started leaking last month with every rain that we get. Its a Timberline roof.  I called GAF/Timberline. Unfortunately the previous owners bought the minimal warranty and only for the product not installation.  According to the person I spoke with at GAF, it is rare that the timberline shingles would fail. He stated most leaks are from poor installation, and that would be DDS Roofing of Sewell NJ who did the bad installation.  Then I called the roofer we used on our previous house before we moved, and he came over and looked at it and said yes it’s a bad installation, he does not install roofs like that.  So that’s two people telling us that the reason we have a leak on a nine year old roof is because of bad installation.  Somebody from DDS came out to look at our roof and said, “he would get back to us” and they have ghosted us, so even if there’s no warranty, a reputable company would offer some thing some kind of compromise or present us with some proposal how they would fix it. DDS has not called us back and they have ghosted us.

We invited DDS and a few other painting contractors to provide estimates for painting the interior of our new house. The quote that Rob put together was in line with the other contractors. He was flexible in working with me to revise scope to get the cost where I needed to be.  His crew showed up on time, were pleasant and provided an excellent end product.  Their quality and pricing resulted in me hiring them to stay an extra day to paint rooms that I had planned to do myself. Thank you Rob and team - Jason.
