Extremely  disappointed. Donna came recommended. She decorated one small bedroom and hall, landing and stairs. The paint over varnish was not done correctly. She said that she could do the job without rubbing down? which we queried. She said it would work because she would give it two coats of varnish on top of the paint. She advertised as an experienced decorator and with a friends recommendation we accepted her advice. Alas, this has not worked and the paint is peeling. She DID the job in November and was paid. The peeling started in January and she has given use numerous dates since, when she said she would come back to remedy the problem. One of the best excuses for not turning up was that she had to take the dog on holiday.

Donna did some work for me in November 2018. I requested her to come back and deal with peeling paintwork in January 2019. After many false promises she has yet to rectify the poor paintwork.

Donna and Shaun have done a great job for us recently. Quality work and no mess.
