Terrible garage, booked my car in for the full service and asked them to check over the wheels due to vehicle making a strange noise. Received car back after paying top wack for the service and they failed to notify me of oil leaking from the sump and that my wheel bearings were completely shot causing vibration in my steering, fortunately we have a reliable mechanic who rectified the problems so my car is now safe to drive. I have notified D & A motors and expressed my concerns for any future customers who may not be so lucky.

HAD been coming here a long time as it was local, but never again. Asked to have all my breaks and discs checked as I knew there was a problem on rear off side. Both rear discs and brakes were replaced and paid for. I phoned next day to say back rear off side disc was wearing already and bonnet dipping when pulling away, and was advised to monitor it over the next week or so. My MOT was due so took to another local garage, and it failed due to rear off side break binding. Called them again and explained above asking for a quote to rectify thinking this should have been picked up / checked in first place and would only be charged for part and not any labour, especially as we had been a long term customer. To my amazement, this was to be treated as a separate job and I was quoted the full amount. DISGUSTING!!

After several visits with various cars, all fixed professionally and correctly, had another cooling issue today, left the car all day, they tested it twice, spent loads of time on it, couldn't find anything wrong. Time to collect the car, no charge. I was expecting a bill. What a fabulous business, wouldn't take my car anywhere else. You can't go wrong here.
