Cycle World is an independent bicycle retailer with three shops based across Hampshire. All stores are open 7 days a week with free customer parking.

We stock a wide range bikes from many of the top brands and aim to cater for all the family across many different styles.

A large range of clothing and accessories along with onsite workshop services makes Cycle World your one stop, local bike shop.

Absolutely great service. I had an issue with my road bike a night before an event and took it down there on the off chance they might be able to look at it. The technician took a look at it straight away, and made some adjustments, before noticing that the chain link was on the wrong way around, which he then swapped out for a new one. Problem solved, and the bike ran great the next day. Ill be going there for all my future cycling needs.
A couple of months ago, I got a new rear wheel for my second-hand road bike from here. I recently realised the spokes had become loose and they needed tensioning. I had some prejudices regarding my last repair but when I went to the shop they quickly repaired it for free! The owner even helped me understand how I could maintain my bike even better and what was the root cause of the issue. He even showed me around some of the cool new road bikes. When the right time comes I might even buy my new bike from here! Loved the professionalism. This is my go-to bike shop from now on!
Absolute gem of a shop. Such a good experience from walking in to riding out. Staff are just phenomenal and can't do enough for you. Great advice, even when you think you know best ha ha can't thank them all enough for the wisdom and fantastic turn around on my new bike. Won't be going anywhere else again as it would be a step down. Do yourself a favour and pop in, you will see why it's ten times better than an online only purchase.
I took by Boardman ADV 8.9 in for a service. It was done in a day, the price for the service was literally unbeatable, and I can honestly say that the bike is running better than its run before. Better than when I first bought the bike. I will definitely be coming back again. highly recommended.
Bought a pre loved bike from this store in May 2023 and so was told that there would be a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase.The service offered was very friendly and quick. After a few days my gears broke and they replaced that for free.. without even charging me for anything.Then after 2 months which was still in the warranty period, there were some minor issues for which they changed a bit of money, which I was not very happy about. However the service is quick and the staff are good.
Had a rear tyre puncture. Popped in on off chance for replacement. Immediate friendly and professional service. Recommended.
My wife ordered a bicycle online from here. The bike arrived on time. There was some damage to the bicycle due to the delivery and CycleWorld got back to us right away and sorted it out with no fuss. Thank you.
Brilliant service. They've done my electric rear wheel trueing. The service was cheap and very fast. They are absolute stars! Definitely I would pay them a visit in the future. They have free pump outside to do the pressure

Popped in to look at a bike for my daughter. They were that helpful and friendly I left with one for my son as well. I loved the fact that they took the time to explain different things. Let the kids have a little ride outside the shop to get a feel for what they wanted. With absolutely no pressure to buy. If someone is pushy I leave immediately. These guys weren't at all. They even offered to sort out my boys old bike with a free service so that he can sell it online knowing it's right. Great local shop with plenty of stock. Would definitely recommend.
