Took my 15 year old Brompton in with a clicking sound, as they are authorised dealers. I received excellent service from them not only in terms of assistance but also they were very honest in their repairs- hence coxt. Alas, a new problem has occurred so back to them tomorrow.

They tried to mug me off and con me. They charged me the full price of a second hand tyer asif it was new, then said they couldn't change my brake pads and almost forced me into getting break new callipers instead when mine where only 2 months old! They saw I didn't have a lot of knowledge on bikes and tried to take full advantage of that. I urge everyone not to go t a are other bike shops in the radious.

Problem with bike frame Inspected by PJ there mechanic. Photos taken Bike stripped Sent off to maker. New frame fitted BRILLIANT SERVICE This is the reason to buy from a bike shop Would not get service like this buying on Internet
