Cyclesense is a family run business based in Tadcaster. We are dedicated to the sale of quality cycling products and lightweight kids' bikes. We also have a professional workshop with fully qualified mechanics and decades of experience.

Story

Cyclesense is a family run business which was established in 1991, we have two outlets both located in Tadcaster but each with different objectives. Cyclesense is also the sole UK distributor of FollowMe, ExtraWheel and LIKEaBIKE which is the world's leading balance bike.

Our High street store which is dedicated to the sale of quality cycling products including mountain bikes, road bikes, hybrid bikes, touring bikes, cyclocross bikes, track bikes, ladies bikes, mens bikes as well as equipment and clothing for professional cyclists, leisure cyclists and everything in-between.

Our Lightweight Kids' Bike shop and cycle hire is also in Tadcaster and offers a variety of Lightweight kids' bikes including Frog, Ridgeback, LIKEaBIKE and Dawes. We have kids' road bikes, kids' mountain bikes, kids' hybrids and balance bikes as well as an assortment of equipment and clothing for little people.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sam at Cyclesense while ordering a replacement part for a LIKEaBIKE Jumper bike. From the start, Sam's responsiveness and attention to detail were exceptional. Great shop and staff, had excellent experience purchasing bike through cycle scheme. Owner went extra mile and delivered fully assembled bike to Leeds! Then again helped out with 6-week bike servicing on a very short notice. Recently purchased a Liv bike through Cyclesense online. From the moment the order went through Paul and his team have been amazing, Paul called me the day I ordered and checked that I had ordered the correct size. He was super helpful and friendly, in all it took less than a week for my bike to arrive the guys called me the say before to say it was ready for dispatch yesterday and it arrived today looking rather beautiful.  Thank you for all the help and I can't wait to get out on my new bike

Can't recommend John and the team at Cyclesense highly enough.  I recently found exactly the bike I was looking for, at the lowest price in the UK and was able to work with John to secure whilst I navigated my C2W scheme.  Friendly service on arrival and bike good to go...I wish I was closer so that it could be my permanent LBS!
