I have enjoyed getting to know Edward this past month . He has given one of our students who has been attending a Steps into Work program with the National Star College a work experience opportunity that I know will give him the confidence and skills to gain employment in the future. Edward has enabled him to develop the transferable skills he has leant on his course and embed them into the workplace. Edward has been an amazing teacher, he is patient kind and understanding and nothing has been too much trouble for him, he has been encouraging Our Student to learn new skills training him to carry out cycle maintenance and developed his confidence when communicating with customers on the telephone informing them that their bike is ready for collecting. Not going to lie, he tried to rip me off. I've only ever bought something from him once, that was an inner tube for my BMX which cost me just under £10. I later found out you can get a inner tube from J-mart for £2.99 and they will let you use a pump too. He quoted me £65 for a rim brake with cable and lever and £15 to put it on. it would only take 5 seconds to put it on. He's also never open when you need him to be, id suggest going somewhere else.

Edward has serviced my bike for a couple of years. He's very capable and fair. Amazingly, he also remembers me and my bike, which I really appreciate!
