Nothing is to much trouble, the bike I got for my son was set up perfectly and dispite missing the 6 week service due to holiday,They still honoured it a couple of weeks late. It says a lot for using a small independent store when service is this good. Will never go to halford's again.

Staff friendly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their trade. Nothing seemed like too much trouble and I have just left the shop with one of the most beautifully set-up bikes I've ever ridden!
