I came to Melissa’s course in London all the way from Slovakia. The course itself was amazing, I learned a lot in a day. You can see that Melissa has a strong passion about indoor cycling and has a lot of experience in this field. She explained everything well and the course itself as well as the course material was super easy to follow. I will make sure to come and take a class at her own studio next time I am in London. Overall, I couldnt recommend this course more:
MPowered was one of the most remarkable experiences in indoor cycling. Travelling all the way from the Middle East, I feel there is a lot I can bring home from this course. The course was very comprehensive and fun, making it ideal starting point for any instructor’s career. The sessions were engaging, well structured and suitable for all fitness levels. Melissa is an amazing character who is easy to talk to and very responsive here knowledge, motivation and attentiveness to individual needs made the course highly enjoyable.
First class course!! I've been teaching indoor cycling for a few years and have heard about the rave reviews the MPowered course was getting...so, I thought I'd go along and see what it was all about!! I was not disappointed - if you want to qualify as an indoor cycling instructor get yourself along to one of Melissa's courses. It was packed with the most up to date cycling content and best practice. Melissa has an absolute passion and is driven to deliver a fabulous course for her students. Her delivery style is attention grabbing, enthusiastic and totally engaging. The cycling studio used for delivering the course is phenomenal. It's no surprise that the MPowered course has achieved CIMPSA Enhanced Status. It really is 'best in class'. If you want to be an indoor cycling instructor, or up skill your existing ability, the MPowered Indoor Cycling Certification course is the one to attend - You'll Love It!! Congrats Melissa and Chris, it was a cracking course, thank you so much!!
This course is excellent- having been a regular at Melissa’s studio Cadence I decided to give the course a go, as all of the instructors who have been trained by Melissa are fantastic. The course has a premise of science and safety, which I especially loved. Couldn’t recommend more!
I’ve been doing indoor cycling classes for about 13 years and decided to take a jump and learn to teach classes. I found this course online and felt it was extremely reputable and I read the reviews and they seemed all to be five stars. After taking the course I can totally see why it has such positive feedback. I have learnt so much! I found the online course extremely easy to navigate which initially did terrify me as I haven’t been back to school since I left university. I managed to complete the course in record-breaking time and it was really easy to do my assessments and send it all across. I even even got an extremely speedy response. Really looking forward to taking this further thank you M Power team.
I cannot recommend the MPowered Indoor Cycling Certification enough! It's a lot of information and you'll probably come away feeling a bit overwhelmed. But. The day was SO much fun and Melissa is an incredibly engaging, funny, thoughtful instructor.
Did the course in September & it was sooo good! I discovered my enjoyment for Indoor Cycling through the gym, one of my instructors reccommended this course and it was perfect! The team was so helpful & knowledgable - im so excited for my cycling journey ahead!
Amazing course, you can see Melissa has spent alot of time putting the day together and the detail she shares and the learnings we got from her 1st hand experience of teaching is very clear. I left feeling so inspired and I can't wait to get teaching!
I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to achieve their indoor cycling certification. The course was very informative and covered everything in great detail. Melissa herself was also very supportive and happy to help when it came to any questions I had!
