Great cycle training by professional instructors. Helps with road sense and boosts confidence

Great cycle training experience - you can get free cycle training by clicking TfL Cycling Workplaces in their booking form under London Borough drop-down list.

Disappointing. Booked on a maintenance course but attitude of instructor made it an unpleasant experience. Didn't seem to appreciate that not everyone is going to get something first time.
