Haven't had a great experience here and won't be coming back. Sold me a bike they weren't authorised by the manufacturer to sell (even admitted they didn't know how to set it up, and it was missing a part they are still unable to provide despite constant chasing). Their prices can also be very high (a £30 handlebar grip was available online for £7 in multiple stores). But the staff are friendly enough, I just think there are better stores to go to.

Took a bike in for service and a safety check. They did a great job exactly on budget and included some things for free that other places would charge for! very happy

I purchased a lovely bike today.. very helpful chap.. lovely guy. He spent quality time going over the bike and giving me useful advice. Would highly recommend this shop.. I can go back any time if I need any service to my bike..

I love these guys, I've been bringing my precious Orbea road bike here for 2 years or more. Always helpful, never pretentious, great value and ever so trustworthy. Cannot recommend them more.. brilliant!!!
