Submitting on behalf of my wife who received excellent customer service when buying cycle shoes and cleats for her spin class. The team were brilliant giving her loads of great advice as well as fitting the cleats for her. She had to return to have a minor adjustment and this was carried out by Chris... he also gave her an allen key and showed her how to make an adjustment. She's very hard to please but raved about the service!

Absolutely brilliant service. I went in to have some help with fitting my pedals to my new bike and buy some mudguards. They were really helpful in helping me choose mudguards that were suitable for me and did not just automatically try and sell me the expensive ones. Both pedals and mudguards were fitted there and then and all at a good price. Really impressed and will definitely visit here as my go-to bicycle shop.

I think this team are 100% professional encouraging supportive and bend over backwards to help you it has a great atmosphere I think this is the best bike shop in Edinburgh. Thanks guys from an older lady cyclists. You made my day today.

Best place to come to get a bike or bike accessories. Staff members make you feel so welcome and seem genuinely interested in helping you find whatever it is you are after.

The guys were extremely helpful in getting me back on the road to head home after work. Even when there was an unexpected finding on putting the bike back together (not their fault at all, but due to corrosion of rear hub), they worked late and leant me one of their wheels so that I could carry on cycling while they ordered the spare parts needed. Really nice bunch and I definitely recommend them.
