Popped into the Chadwell Heath branch today after a failure with Halfords. Ended up being well worth driving around until parking was available. Not only did they have exactly the right parts needed for my 30+ year old bike, they were able to fix it on the spot. I doubt the knowledge service and experience would be available from other outlets. Very happy with my customer experience with these guys, will return for sure.
Absolute legends came there today with bent rear wheel and walked out with new one. There were two friendly gentlemen inside the shop. One of them managed to find the right size wheel and the other one installed cassette from my wheel to the new one in no time. I am very thankful for their help as it was near to closing time. I will definitely come back to this shop again. Thumbs up guys and 5 from me. Btw they have got huge selection of bikes and accessories. And some good electric ones as well.
Took my sons bike in to be looked at because there were some problems with it. The staff were so professional, friendly and helpful, spent time talking to my son about the love for spiderman and sorted the bike right out for us there and then. Will most certainly use this shop in future and 100% recommend them and their services. Thank you so much!!
Professional, informative, great sales team and nothing was too much trouble. They patiently supplied my lovely missus with everything she requested, so without any fuss but with great banter, they accommodated her. A massive selection of cycles and equipment at very reasonable and competitive prices, this is the place to go. I highly recommend these guys, I have been blown away by the whole experience. Took in my perfect bike that needed only a seat adjustment and unfortunately the people on shift had taken the whole bike apart and said “It’s not roadworthy” when his manager had to embarrass him saying it was. After collecting from the shop the back wheel did not work and they messed up a birthday gift
I recently had the pleasure of visiting cycle king Chadwell and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of service. One thing that stood out to me was the fact that they didn't charge me for simply inflating my son’s bike tyres. I had popped in on a whim, thinking I'd have to pay a small fee, but they happily obliged without any charge. This small gesture of kindness really made a big difference to me. Overall, I would highly recommend this cycle servicing shop to anyone looking for great service and quality Cycles. They certainly impressed me and I will definitely be keeping them in mind for my next bike servicing needs.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel I must for such an amazing service I received in this store today. Me and my son popped in today without notice to see if we can book some service for my sons new BMX bike. To our pleasant surprise we have been offered break adjustment and some minor works stright away, while we wait. My son was delighted as he was fully prepared to leave bike for a couple of days for repairs but was so desperate to ride it. Two gentlemen were very polite and knowledgeable, took time to explain and technician did his job fast and to perfection. This is definitely one of the best customer services I received in a while! Thumbs up Cycle King We will definitely visit you again and wouldn't ever bother with Halford bike service they offered same service only within a week and double the price .
They were very helpful and patient when I came in for my bike to be repaired, and they worked really fast. Gave helpful advice and thorough explanations, too.
Wow, what amazing service and staff. My cycle broke down on the way to work and much to my surprise they repaired it immediately and for a very reasonable price too. I can't recommend this store - Chadwell Heath - enough. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back.
