Generally a good bus station, can be very busy at times but plenty of buses that go plenty of places.
It's a bus station. Buses come and go. Isn't that strange! Ah, but the location is excellent. You get off the bus and you've got 170 shops, restaurants, and all kinds of facilities a hop, skip, and your wallet away. And when you've spent all your money, buses are waiting to whisk you off anywhere, even the moon--i.e. The Moon live music venue on Womanby Street in Cardiff, only 57 minutes from Cwmbran on the X3. The bus arrivals and departures are very well monitored by various bus company officials, so there's always someone to ask if you're wondering if buses from Stand C go across the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Plenty of comfortable seating, the toilets are only a piddle away and if you really have spent all your money and don't have a bus pass, you can rob the Lloyds Bank next to Stand E. If you do happen to go from Cwmbran to the capital of Wales, don't ask where your destination bus station is. Cardiff is such an advanced, progressive city that it doesn't have one. How embarrassing is that? Full marks to Cwmbran.
Easy to find which bus stop to wait at for return journey. Drivers polite and helpful.
Handy for the shopping centre, sheltered, and a bit of greenery in the middle. Not to be confused with the bus depot, which is a short distance away but not a public facility.
