I'd like to thank Kenny for his professionalism and knowledge when my minibus broke down 24.04.2024, at 22.00hrs. The AA told me they couldn't assist until 01.00am, Kenny arrived in an immaculate vehicle well in advance of this. He correctly diagnosed the issue and had me and my vehicle home in Glasgow quick smart. He turned a stressful experience into a mere bump in the road. Top guy and top service. Thanks Kenny & CVS24.
Scam artists, took hours to turn up, miserable smelly driver, no respect , damaged my car loading it. Rolling off truck he caught the door and now they denying any damage. Cab of their old dated deathtraps of Lorrie’s smelled of urine , sweat and booze Avoid

Great service and great communication. The RAC were an absolute disgrace when dealing with my vehicle after it was hit by a lorry but as soon as CVS24 were given the job, they got my car collected and liased with myself and the repair garage. Great customer service. Thank you guys.
Absolutely brilliant! Our recovery agent Scotty couldn't do more to help. He went above and beyond what was required. Because of him I'll be using these guys again and recommending them to everyone Top class
Hadn't even seen the car and stated it was "dangerous with sharp edges" and needed taking to their Livingston centre to be locked away for extortion rather than to offsite parking we had. Never allow them to take your car from you they are a literal mafia and full of it
I have been waiting for RAC recovery service 8 hours with a kid on a back seat, no food and no drink or heat in the car! Freezing and tired!They didn’t update us on anything and eventually after my few calls they appointed CVS24.This is when Stewart from CV24 appeared to take us and the car home. He was very pleasant and helpful even offered his own chocolate bars to us. Great guy and worker if everyone would do the job like he does the world would be a better place!
