I used CVC to act for me when selling my property in Penzance. Dwayne McAvoy looked after my case and he was fantastic. I always felt in safe hands and i was kept up to date with progress on a regular basis. It was easy to contact him, even if he was not immediately available i would get a call back very promptly. As somebody who loves good service i can't praise them highly enough.

Could not be worse.  Appalling behaviour for a solicitors firm.  Incredibly slow performance, dragging their heels at every opportunity.  Rude and aggressive when questioned or chased.  Final bill was triple their quote for a residential conveyance, a complete breach of their own terms and conditions.   When I objected they threatened to fail on my completion and therefore cause my house purchase to default.  They also took my mortgage cashback and kept it.  I was threatened and bullied by senior staff that I had better pay or they would take me to court.  All this was in writing.  The Law Society Ombudsman took on my complaint and ruled against CVC. I would not use them or trust them.

Very helpful and very persistent service from CVC solicitors. We used them recently on a residential conveyance in Penzance. Their support was much appreciated through a stressful time (it was not a straightforward purchase). Communication and advice was timely throughout. They also helped us resolve an outstanding matter after the sale had gone through which was kind.

My guy at CVC is quick, efficient and always available. Faultless and honest.  From LA to Hong Kong and London we have never found better for conveyancing. If you are familiar with lawyers and property law you will find this guy refreashing.
