I popped in to enquire about a price list, was greeted with one of those "up and down" looks you get when people are assessing if you are worth bothering with, I had just come out of hospital and wanted to treat myself, was told for a colour and cut £75, without any consulation or examination of my hair length/thickness/texture. Very poor reception, felt alienated within seconds, took my money elsewhere
