A piece of Belfast’s history! Lovely and quiet on a Friday lunchtime with people just chilling by the river. How the other half live! It was a bit of a limited menu but the prawn starter and the cod were lovely all the same. Great pint of Guinness. Service was really good and staff were friendly and chatty. Good seating, toilets clean and fresh. Really enjoyed it.
The food and drinks was okay, the dessert was great i really enjoyed it. There is outdoor seating area with a good view of the river lagan..
Delicious turkey dinner, with enough mash and roasties I actually felt full afterwards. Dessert was rich and packed with flavour, and the service was fab as well. Very nice for a family Sunday lunch! Looking at around £13-17 for a main.
The only bar in Belfast to sit on the River Lagan, with lots of outdoor setting. A great list of wine and beers to go with your food or not, they also have a small list of alcohol free drinks. They have a place out the back for private party's as well. Theres a restaurant upstairs,but it's temporarily closed at the moment.
Went here for a bite to eat before a show, as soon as we walked in, it was so warm and inviting, food was nice could do with a better menu, it's just pub grub and think it a bit over priced for what it is, it was a nice and comfortable evening. Parking: No parking near by.
Cutters Wharf, near the Premier Ormeau Road Service Station on 249 Ormeau Rd, is located at Lockview Rd. My wife and I longed for the reopening of the restaurant and we were delighted to see on social media that they were reopening last Friday. We were quick to make a booking and it was certainly worth the wait. The ambiance in the restaurant is superb and the food was excellent. We asked for a table by the window and our request was met. All of the staff were lovely also. We cannot wait to return!
I visited Cutters Wharf with friends recently. Decor beautiful, staff friendly and very helpful. The food was reasonable, but very overpriced I felt. £18 for a Thai green curry, £6, for 3 scoops of ice-cream, and mallows. And nearly £5 for one West Coast Cooler. Not bad apart from the overpriced meal, but not somewhere I'd come frequently, as too expensive.
It's okay. I would imagine it being a great spot for a drink but honestly, the food is expensive and kind of tastless at least what I ordered was. I came here with a small group of my family as I had previously heard reasonable reviews and had been wanting to try it for a while, but it's not much to write home about and my family all felt the same. May try again in the future, but wouldn't rush back. Kid-friendliness: They do have a good kids menu available I will give them that. Just your typical kiddie nibbles. Parking: Not a lot of parking in the area, but usually not too difficult to find a spot on up if needed. It's a busy area so parking is naturally difficult.
Excellent service & relaxed atmosphere. Edit - attended the restaurant on the 25th May 2022 for dinner before theatre & I have to say the food was suburb! Staff were very friendly, and professional. However, I had to deduct a star due to the blonde lady's attitude. A smile would not hurt!
It is so good places, in Belfast! Definitely back soon ! Restaurant look amazing, lots of nice colours around me. Tables,chairs, glass everything 2geter look wow! And this views on the rivers! We order few starters, maine course, dessert and bottle of white wine. Food was amiazing, perfect cook taste really good! Customer service, perfect ! Definitely back soon.
