Been waiting for a phone call for over a year. Excellent at taking your money but very unreliable, never completes work thats already been paid for. Do not trust them to help you at all. Should be shut down and the solicitors struck off for not knowing how to do their job properly. AVOID AT ALL COST.
does anyone even work there! Cuthbertsons have been handling my late father's will for months!, they are Unresponsive despite repeated promises to "follow up" with us. The Case is being moved around from solicitor to solicitor and they are literally the worst communicators I have ever come across in the Legal field!
avoid unless you want major stress at trying to get these lot to do anything. cannot get hold of them for weeks on end and do not get back to you at all. slow is not the word. will never use again
Friendly but incredibly slow. Solicitor is rarely available to speak to, doesn't call back, and they will send a letter in the post when an email would do which adds to the delay. Paperwork that could be requested at the start of the process gets asked for near the end, which causes more delay and stress.
Bit slow on the phones but all in all never had any problems with them
Full of redicolus staff and services Useless solicitor around in Blyth
Poor performance of staff
Always helpful and very professional.
