Completely gobsmacked unfortunately I had to cancel a few times then ended up rushed to the QE having a stroke but when I finally went home I ended up ringing again to try and finally get my hair cut !! Only to be told I had missed an appointment . And they can't do it now !!!! He asked me if I cancelled a couple of times then didn't turn up for an appointment I said I don't know .wow am I supposed to remember. Yes it's a business but a bit of empathy considering I haven't been there before professionalism at its worst .......disgusting ..........
Will NEVER go there again my wife had a hair cut here she came home in tears she ended up going to Hair Lounge straight after getting back home and they took one look at her hair and couldn't believe the mess they had made. They ended up cutting her hair into a Bob even though my wife was growing her hair they were left with no option because of the mess it was in if you want a positive experience then go to the Hair Lounge avoid Cut 47 like the plague
Due to covid-19 we had to find ourselves another hair salon.Myself & daughter were both pleased with our new hair cuts. Staff are friendly & prices are not over priced. What we particularly liked was that everything was sanitized after use due to covid-19. Will definitely be going back already booked our appts.
