Took 2 dresses to get altered both similar only one needing taken in and adjusted at chest and shoulder, but both needing .length altered. Dresses came back the 2 have been altered in the same places at the top and bottom now one does not fit me at all and totally unwearable to say the least! Took back to shop only to be told that I was lying - will never be back and would highly recommend that you NEVER take anything to this butcher. Very rude and actually had the nerve to say he does not own dark brown thread! really a dressmaker ?

Took overcoat in to be dry cleaned and when I got home and checked it hadn't been done ,got refund they offered to do it again but I didn't bother. Take items here at your own risk, Useless ! I now use AR Tailors so much better and reliable.
