PlayZone offers indoor adventure play for 1 – 8 year olds in our award winning soft play structure, there is always plenty going on with events and activities. It is also the ideal party venue with our fun filled fully inclusive party packages.
PlayZone is our award winning childrens soft play facility which is located on the first floor level of The Custom House which is accessible by lift or stairs. Our large 3 level Softbrick™ play structure has capacity for up to 70 children and is packed with an exciting range of adventure play activities, providing fun for ages 2 to 8yrs (height restriction applies at 1.5m). Please note: parent / guardian remains responsible for their children at all times.

Opening Times & Price
Open for fun 7 days a week from 10am
last entry circa 5.15pm (we do close later during busy times and earlier during quiet times). Entry £3.75 per child and “double” REWARDS points given on entry price.
Parent & Toddler Session
Available 10am – 1pm, Monday – Friday (term time only), discounted entry only £3.25 with juice and biscuits included. REWARDS members pay only £2.95. Sign up FREE of charge and start enjoying the benefits now.
The Gem Den
Dig to find the buried treasure and keep the precious gems that you find, only £1.50pp (ask at reception for availability) or £1.20pp as a party add on.
Bear Building
Choose from a range of cuddly animals, stuff them, name them and fill out their birth certificate. Once you have your new friend you can dress them in a wide variety of outfits. We will be holding regular sessions at £12.95 in addition to party packages.
PlayZer
PlayZer is our fun filled junior laser tag game held within the padded PlayZone structure, take aim at your friends as you blast them with state of the art phasers. Come along to our weekly Blasters sessions for only £6.50 or have an exclusive action packed party for you and your friends.
Health & Safety
Every morning before we open we carry out a thorough structure safety inspection. Every week we clean and sanitise all structure surfaces to keep things fresh and hygienic. We deal with toilet accidents when they happen, if this is in one of the ball pools it will be completely emptied, sanitised and every ball cleaned and dried before putting back into use. We know not all operators are this meticulous but health and hygiene matter to us.
