We had 2 roman blinds made with our own fabric. The price was great the turnaround was great and the blinds fitted perfectly and look fantastic

Very disappointed with customer service, quality of finish and the amount of time I had to wait for my blind to arrive. I ordered a large blind which was made out of 3 panels of fabric and has two very obvious seams running down the blind. It is not clear on the website, when ordering, that large blinds may be made out of more than one panel of fabric. This is also not pointed out when they receive your order. I was told my blind would be made in 7-10 days and it took 29 days, I did not receive any emails explaining that the blinds would take this long. When I spoke to customer services they said there was nothing they could do. I Would not recommend using this company.

Totally love my Roman Blinds and matching curtains. Look amazing and such a reasonable price. Fantastic quality too!
