We got our bay window top down/bottom up Luxaflex honey comb blinds from Curtain Services. We had specifically asked if the fixings and lifting bars came in any colour other than white as the material we picked was light grey. Answer was no, white was the only colour. After our blinds were installed we found out in another Luxaflex showroom that brushed steel was also an option. We went back to Curtain Services and they offered a free replacement which they did. However check out the photos to see what I found out after the replacements were installed. One of the fittings was fitted wrong way around. It's not something a person installing these would miss easily. I can't believe this was believed to be gone unnoticed. In addition to this mistake my timber windows were damaged by the tool they used to removed them when they were replacing them from white to silver and I was left without blinds for 9 days. None of these would have happened if I was told that silver was an option. Reasons for 1 star review; 1- Not having the enough knowledge of their offering, ie honey comb bottom up blinds 2- Installation quality in the first place - loose strings were left to allow us to be able to tighten them in the future if needed - other installer said it was not necessary if fitted properly in the first place 3- Damage to the timber window frames 4- Second installation mistake - fixing being installed wrong way round and hoping it would go unnoticed - this is the worst one actually. Some may think these are small things but when I'm paying this amount of money for blinds to be installed on brand new timber frames I'd expect top quality work and finish.

Really liked their work from quotation to fitting. The lady that quoted us was very helpful, we weren’t sure about what we wanted but since we are still finding the decoration style for the new house we just wanted blinds for privacy that could easily be added nice fabric courtains afterwards. We didn’t felt pressured and she took the time to show us a few options, while other shops just didn’t really wanted business when we mentioned a limited budget to start with. We loved the service and will come back later on to decide on courtains.
my little girl is going through a Tarzan phase, and swung off the curtains broke a specific bracket. I couldn't get a bracket for is online. The guys in Curtain Services were very helpful and dropped one out straight away. Thanks guys appreciate it

Thank you so much to all the staff ar curtain service, I can't recommend you enough, from start to finish the service was excellent , I showed the girl in the shop the colour of my walls and the first material she showed me was perfect and matched it with a lovely pole, exactly what I wanted, the guy came out to measure and my curtains were ready and fitted in just over a week, the guy came to fit them at the exact time I was told and I absolutely love my new curtains, Thanks again and I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family, kind regards Maureen.
