Decent range of electronics. Hardly any staff. Didn't get any help. Picked up what was needed. Had to wait for someone at the checkout for a while.. Wanted to check out some Sony TVs but they were all switched off. Guess it had to do with the LG promotion.
Came in for a quick laptop diagnosis repair, was greeted by two lovely staff members who ended up cleaning all my electrical appliances to ensure I wouldn’t have to come in again to fix them. Super friendly and likeable staff, great service.
Staff seem friendly enough.. but I didn't feel they would go above and beyond for service.. they do seem quite enthusiastic to try to sell you extra insurance for the product you intend to buy.. I wonder why
I bought goods with the value of thousands of pounds in the past from currys. The main thing that always brought me back was excellent customer service. This time I bought for £750 an all in one HP PC and in 24 hours of usages and in front of my wife and 9 old child the screen went glitchy. I took it back 5 days post purchase as was working during the week. I was told it was physical damage to the LCD screen, though no dent or scratch. I was also told because I have not reported it within the first 24 hours of purchase they can't assume it happened during transit. I was politely told ignored and put in the category of dodgy customers who damage things and lie about. Literally the PC was used for hours. I will find an official way to complain. They shouldn't be allowed to do that.
Visited on Friday to look at a new TV, we were stood in the TV section for a good amount of time, whilst viewing different options not one employee gave a helping hand! Instead they were gathered in a small group and talking between themselves. I took my business online and purchased a TV, this is the reason Retail is moving online...
Fantastic and friendly service from Jules and Mark! Both so helpful and helped us get the soundbar we wanted! 10/10 experience from them both!!!

This is a well laid out and well managed store. The purple shirted staff are plentiful and circle around you like wary sharks, wanting your business but not wanting to scare you away either. The balance is about right, though and everything seemed to be in its place and well looked after. There is a good range of stock to choose from and competitive pricing too, despite them having no real competition of any size on the high street.
