Massive store, great choices. But the staff don't seem to have real knowledge about tech. It's not just one new trainee, the entire team has no clue. All they can do is look for details on their tab and read it out for you, same as what's already on the website or the box. Didn't help me with anything. I didn't buy anything here.
I bought an HP printer here about a year ago on the advice of one of the staff their. What a bargain. Got it home and set it up. It worked OK but I could only pair my phone to it. That was all I wanted to do at that time, so ok. Then, about a week ago, we had a power cut in that room, and I was unable to reconnect to any device. Took the printer back to Currys in Bromborough. Spoke to one of the technical staff, Neil. In a few minutes, he told me that I had connected my phone to the printer in an unusual and not the recommended way. I'm not too good with phones and computers. He told me the printer was fine and how to connect to it properly. When I got home, in a few minutes, I had my phone connected, my laptop, and another phone. I couldn't ask for better than that. Superb after sales service.
Friendly and kind staff who helped me deal with a tech problem very quickly. I was also there to buy a new iMac. Very pleased with how professional and experienced the staff were. I also left it till 7.30pm to visit. Even though it was late in the day. I was still helped like it was 9am. Thank you
Went looking for a watch. Didn't get hassled by sales people whilst I browsed and when I made my choice Ian at Bromborough was very helpful, sorted out my problem I pay in cash and didn't up sell me anything. Would definitely buy from him again
Today we met a very knowledgeable young woman by the name of Sam at Currys in Bromborough. Sam was incredibly helpful, professional and patient. Absolutely fantastic customer service along with Jack who helped process our orders quickly. Both Sam and Jack are a credit to your store. Thankyou
Came in to get to get a new iphone. Was dealt by Nathan and ewan. Massive credit to them. Were very helpful and sound. Was not pushy with anything made the process very smooth.
Utterly useless. I bought from a store incase anything went wrong. But when it did they just bin you off with useless customer service numbers who then tell you to go into the store! Nobody prepared to help. Save time, money and effort and buy elsewhere
Been here a few times for stuff. I think the best way to describe it is as follows..... No one likes going somewhere and being hounded by sales staff....This is the opposite of that, so you struggle to get any assistance, even when going to pay. Don't get wrong, it's big, there's enough out to see, but out of like 10 visits, I've spent most my time looking for assistance somewhere along the line. Bit naff so probably best to do your research prior and be prepared to wait to pay and say not the inevitable "would you like a warranty with that" question.

We spent £1400 on a computer they kept us waiting when getting it from out the back half an hour later they came back and told us they couldn’t find it so we were told it would take a few days to get one in the store after 5 days we went through their phone challenge to find out it was in the store now so we traveled the 4 miles to go and get it but were told they hadn’t opened up the cage that they were delivered in so we had to wait for at least 2 hours or go home and they would call us when it was ready for pickup 24 hours later it’s still not been sorted
